Benefits to booking a series of classes The classes are progressive, building on what was learnt before. so it doesn’t work to drop in here and there. You’d miss the benefit. | Each series of classes has been designed specifically for the people who attend in mind. | By knowing your body’s needs & strengths, I create lesson plans that build on the knowledge & skills learned in the previous classes. | Pilates is a Method and a Sytem that needs to be learnt in a specific order to truly understand the exercises, feel the benefits & reach your potential. | It is not simply exercises to be reproduced without knowing why or exactly how. | This is how Joseph Pilates intended his system be taught & it remains the best & only authentic way to practice Pilates. | That’s why the classes are booked as a series.

  • This block of classes is a wonderful introduction to the Reformer.

    Focussing on the fundamentals, it is a lovely level if you want to prioritise ease of movement and not progress to more challenging classes

    *It is essential to have attended this introductory course before booking onto the other classes available.

Intermediate Reformer

A more challenging Reformer class. A good proficiency of the fundamentals is essential. More advanced repertoire & use of the jump boards. You must have attended the beginners course to book.

    Individual sessions give a perfectly designed Pilates experience. Specifically chosen exercises for your particular requirements. Have the whole studio & my guidance, to yourself.

    If you are new to Pilates these are great introduction before joining a class.

    Certain injuries and health conditions may mean it is necessary to have a private 1:1 before safely joining a class.

    Duets Duets or Small Groups are a great option to share with family and friends. It’s a popular option for mothers and daughters and partners. A healthy way to spend quality time together.
