Classes are Reformer or Mat based with either a focus on the Fundamental principles of Pilates, or a more Dynamic and faster pace. The focus remains on good alignment and control in both levels.

Privates

Individual sessions offer a perfectly designed Pilates experience with exercises specifically chosen for your body’s particular requirements,in order to work you where you need it most.

1:1's are a wonderful way back to exercising following an injury. Also as part of rehab following an operation or during or after pregnancy.

1:1’s may be held in the studio or in the comfort of your own home depending on availability.

Small Groups

This is a great way to share a 1:1 with a friend, partner, work colleague or even small sports group such as horse riders or golfers.

Small group classes may be held in the comfort of your own home, sporting venue, or the studio (depending on availability).

£70 for 2 persons
£90 for 3 or £100 for 4 max.

Please note that with certain injuries and health conditions individual sessions may be required prior to joining a group class.
